Not too long ago, despite working hard and staying focused, I found myself struggling to achieve one of my intentions. It took some soul-searching and self-reflection to realize another limiting belief that was holding me back. By identifying and replacing this belief with a new and more empowering one, very quickly, the doors began to open up for me, which is now moving me closer to achieving this particular intention.

For example, instead of thinking, “I’m not good enough,” say to yourself, “I am capable and deserving of success,” and then start to find the evidence in your life that you have indeed been capable.

Embrace the idea that your competence and abilities can be developed through effort and learning. This mindset will help you stay motivated, resilient, and open to new experiences.

5. Practice Meditation

Become more aware of your thoughts and emotions by meditating or deep breathing. This will help you gain control over your mindset and improve your overall well-being. It also helps open you up to receiving more inspired thoughts.
