When thinking about what’s on your bucket list, I can share a few adventures I’ve already crossed off mine:
- Jumped out of an airplane (with a
parachute!) - Seen the Northern Lights
- Flown on a hot air balloon
- Swam with dolphins
For years, I kept telling myself I’d do these things when the timing was perfect. But then I realized that between building a career, managing family responsibilities, and diving into endless projects, that “perfect” time might never come. Life is always busy. Waiting for a magical, ideal moment meant I was missing out on the adventures I truly wanted to have.
That’s when I made a decision—I sat down, wrote out everything I’d always dreamed of doing, and set a goal to check off at least one item every year. And since then, I’ve made it happen.
What I’ve learned from this journey is that creating a bucket list isn’t just about listing grand adventures or wild experiences. It’s about giving yourself permission to live fully. It’s easy to get caught up in the daily grind and forget that life is more than just making a living—it’s about living, truly and deeply.
So now I’m here to spread the word. If you’ve ever thought about making a bucket list, do it. Write it down. Dream big. Don’t worry about whether your goals seem too ambitious or unrealistic—you’d be surprised at what you can achieve when you take that first step. Whether it’s traveling to a new country, learning a new skill, or something as simple as trying a food you’ve always been curious about, every item checked off is a victory.
Your bucket list is yours, and it’s never too late to start living it. What’s on YOUR bucket list?
